Connecticut Technology Education teacher listserv

The list serv has been suspended (turned off) by the state mid October 09.

As a plan "B" the CTEA "Forums" have been created. Find them here and follow the instructions to register.

Listserv Instructions
The State Department of Education has activated an e-mail listserv that allows e-mail sent to the listserv to be forwarded to all subscribers of that list.  Users must be able to send and receive e-mail via the Internet.  Use of the listserv is restricted to Connecticut Tech. Ed. teachers, and not for use by the general public. The listserv is not to be used for commercial, or political use. Subscribers to the list are not to publicize this list or its access procedures. The listserv monitor will remove users who ignore the rules.

1)     To subscribe to the list, send a mail message to imailsrv@list.state.ct.us with the following in the body of the message:
       subscribe [listname] your_full_name  (ex.  subscribe sde-lea Jane Doe)

 2)     To send mail to the list send a mail message “To:” 
           [listname]@list.state.ct.us  (ex.  sde-lea@list.state.ct.us)

 3)     To unsubscribe from the list, send a mail message to imailsrv@list.state.ct.us with the following in the body of the
            message: unsubscribe [listname]  (ex.  unsubscribe sde-lea)

 4)     Remember: when replying or answering e-mail make sure the "To:" address is  NOT the listserv, unless you want to
            broadcast your message to everyone. Your listname is:   sde- lea
